Room rates:   Single & Double Occupancy            $127.00 

Directors will be reimbursed for their room. 

Registration will be $125.00 per person  

Locals with less than 150 members can request assistance from Secretary/Treasurer.

Legislative Conference 2008

 The VPFF Legislative Conference will be held at the Omni Hotel in Richmond, Virginia on January 15- 16, 2008.  The Conference will be preceded by a Board Meeting on

January 14, 2008.
The Board Meeting will begin at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 14.   The Conference begins at 8:30 AM on January 15.  Please schedule your meetings with your legislators prior to the conference. 

The cost of the conference will be $125.00 for each participant.  This covers the cost of breakfast on the January 16 and January 17, lunch on the January 16, materials and breaks.   Hotel arrangements are the responsibility of the participants and can be made by calling the Omni Hotel (100 South 12^th Street) at 804-344-7000.  The rates are:  Single and Double Occupancy $127.00.  Valet parking is $19.00 per night.   Reservations must be made by December 28, 2007 to receive this rate.

Director’s costs will be reimbursed.  I will have to provide the hotel with a “head count” for meals, etc. before December 20, 2007.   Please return the attached registration form with payment before December 17, 2007.  This will help to keep costs down.
